01 Do you offer on-site administrative and client service support or just virtual assistance?
Yes, an associate may work on-site for the contracted period of time if the office is preferred. Our virtual service is typically for the professional or business that is more mobile, and may have limited office space. There are some processes that are more efficient if performed in a office environment. In those cases the associate likely has to collaborate with other members and have access to resources, which making working on-site the better option. It also depends on that client's remote capabilities.
02 Does virtual service packages typically yield lesser costs than those performed in person or on location?
Not necessarily. There are multiple factors that determine service cost. Examples are the level of expertise an associate may have to possess, which may require unique fees. The hourly cost a client is willing to pay could be based on an associate making or taking calls vs. an associate assigned to an operations analyst role. The contract length may also vary from a two month assignment, six months or two years. A consultation to move forward with an agreement will include specifics including your budget, type of services needed, billing and payment options.
03 Is there insurance protection with regards to data integrity, security and proprietary information?
Absolutely. Terms for your protection and KIMSOLV's would be outlined accordingly in any confirmation and full service agreement. We welcome you to review and address any discrepancies in the agreement copy during the three day grace period and prior to signing the official contract agreement.
04 Does KIMSOLV offer any compensation or discounts for referrals?
Yes. We have a formula to determine and reward for referral of business. We always appreciate support and trust from clients, friends, and future partners.
05 What are your office hours?
KIMSOLV is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. EST.
(Eastern Standard Time). There are exceptions for special projects as we will make every effort to accommodate any unique circumstances.
